Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We use the actual weight to calculate your shipping with UPS, based on their rates. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart an entering your location. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. The customer must pay for the shipping and can find the approximately. cost by looking it up on the USPS web site for your country. We generally use airmail letter for items <4lbs and airmail parcel post for items > 4 lb., since this is the cheapest. If you would like, we can ship express, global priority, UPS expedited or express.  Let us make you an offer.  You can place your order for the items you would like, selecting Local Pickup and payment via Check or Money Order.  We can then view your order and calculate the desired shipment to your location. Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
A: Yes, our shopping cart does a fairly good calculation of the total shipping based on weight and size, but if you think that you were overcharged, let us know and we will explain. Q: Why is the shipping cost with UPS Ground so expensive? A: Some items are very large and ship as 'oversize' 1, 2 or 3 with UPS. The shipping is based on volume and not weight in this case. We can usually add smaller items into the box, but not always, since we use multiple shipping locations.

Q: I don't trust Paypal or online payment systems, can I send cash?
A: We all love cash, but please don't send it in the mail. We can't be held responsible if it goes lost. Instead, send us a check or Money Order.

Q: How do I send payment via mail with check or Money Order?
A: To Check Out without using paypal, select the option "pay with check or money order." Your order will be accepted and we will wait for your payment. We will wait until your personal check clears. A Money Order will not incur any delay.

Q: Can I still check out if the shipping amount doesn't seem correct?
A: Yes, your order can be edited by us to reflect the correct shipping amount. Then we can request payment with paypal or you can send payment.

Q: Are your items new?
A: Yes, usually all items. If not, the description will say prominently 'used' and describe the quality.

Q: How do I get your address to make payment?
A: If you follow the check out procedure and say you are paying with money order or check, you will receive our address in the confirmation e-mail. It is also on our Contact page.  We prefer you ask any questions via email, so we have a record of them. In emergencies, we can usually be reach by phone also.

Q: Can I buy more of your items after checking out?
A: Yes, we usually have more stock than what is shown in the store. If you would like to combine shipping, don't delay in sending us an email about this, since we ship very quickly.

Q: I have a retail store. Can I buy at wholesale prices?
A: Sure, we are always looking for new dealers. Our main business is selling at wholesale and only run a retail web site as a service to our world-wide customers. We will not undercut normal retail prices. To become qualified, send us all your store information and resale license. Once you are qualified, we will email you a .pdf file of our wholesale prices. At a later time, we hope to include a special password protected area for our wholesale customers here.
